Last updated: May 2026 By using the Diblatein platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. 1. Nature of Service 1.1 Diblatein is a serious marriage platform with human oversight. We provide a matchmaking service that relies on qualified staff who recommend suitable partners based on profile data and partner criteria. 1.2 Diblatein is not a dating or casual relationship app. The platform is exclusively for those seeking a serious, lawful marriage. 1.3 We do not guarantee that a match will occur or that any relationship will succeed. We only facilitate communication between suitable parties. 2. Eligibility 2.1 You must be 18 years of age or older to use the platform. 2.2 The platform is available exclusively to Sudanese nationals (holders of Sudanese citizenship). 2.3 By registering, you confirm that you are seeking serious marriage and not using the platform for any other purpose. 3. Your Account 3.1 You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide. Submitting false or misleading data is a violation that may result in account suspension. 3.2 You must keep your login credentials confidential. Do not share your account with anyone. 3.3 You may only have one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited. 4. Profile and Content 4.1 All uploaded photos must be genuine, recent, and appropriate. The following are prohibited: - Photos of other people - Old photos that do not represent your current appearance - Inappropriate or indecent photos - Heavily filtered or edited photos 4.2 All profiles are subject to review by our team before publication. We reserve the right to reject any profile that does not meet our standards. 4.3 Information in your profile must be truthful and accurate. This includes: age, marital status, education, occupation, and physical description. 5. Matching Process 5.1 Matchmaker staff recommend suitable partners based on an algorithm that considers more than 20 criteria. 5.2 When someone is recommended to you: - You review the recommended profile (with some sensitive data hidden) - You choose to accept or decline the recommendation - If you accept, the recommendation is sent to the other party - The other party has 7 days to respond (accept or decline) 5.3 After mutual acceptance: - Payment is required according to the active pricing policy - After payment approval, a chat channel opens - Both parties can propose sharing contact methods 5.4 There is a 24-hour waiting period after a decline or expiry before you can pick a new candidate. 6. Payment 6.1 A successful match requires payment according to the published pricing policy. Payment may be required from the requester, the target, or both, depending on the active policy. 6.2 Payment is made via bank transfer only. After transferring, upload a photo of the receipt with the bank reference number. 6.3 The finance team reviews the receipt and approves or rejects it. 6.4 No refunds are issued after payment approval and opening of the communication channel, except in cases of proven fraud. 7. Acceptable Conduct 7.1 The following are prohibited: - Harassment or abuse in any form - Fraud or identity impersonation - Providing false or misleading information - Sharing inappropriate photos - Using the platform for purposes other than serious marriage - Contacting other users outside the platform before the contact-sharing stage - Sending offensive or harassing messages 7.2 Any violation may result in: - A warning - Temporary account suspension - Permanent account ban 8. Reports and Blocking 8.1 You can report any user who violates these terms. Reports are reviewed by the administration team. 8.2 You can block any user. A blocked user will not be recommended to you and you will not be recommended to them. 8.3 We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account that violates these terms without prior notice. 9. Reviews 9.1 After a match, both parties can rate each other (honesty, respect, seriousness, data accuracy). 9.2 Reviews are confidential and not visible to other users. They are used internally to improve recommendation quality. 10. Limitation of Liability 10.1 Diblatein is an intermediary platform that facilitates introductions for the purpose of marriage. We are not responsible for: - The accuracy of information provided by users (despite our review efforts) - The outcome of any communication or relationship between parties - Any financial or emotional losses resulting from use of the platform 10.2 We make reasonable efforts to verify profiles, but we cannot guarantee that any profile is free from inaccurate information. 11. Intellectual Property All platform content (design, logo, algorithms, text) is the intellectual property of Diblatein and may not be copied or used without written permission. 12. Modifications We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes. Your continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. 13. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Sudan.
