Data We Collect 1.1 Account Data When you register, we collect: full name, email address, phone number, date of birth, gender, and nationality. 1.2 Profile Data This includes: marital status, number of children, state of family origin, country and city of residence, religiosity level, education level, occupation, income range, height, weight, skin tone, build, smoking status, personal bio, and profile photos. 1.3 Partner Criteria The preferences you set for your desired partner, such as: age range, accepted countries and cities, marital status, religiosity level, education, income, and physical attributes. 1.4 Contact Methods The contact channels you add (phone, WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, email) which are only shared with your explicit consent after a successful match. 1.5 Payment Data Bank transfer receipts, bank reference numbers, transfer dates and amounts. We do not store credit card information. 1.6 Technical Data IP address, browser type, and session data for security and abuse prevention purposes. 2. How We Use Your Data - Creating and managing your account - Displaying your profile to authorized matchmakers to suggest suitable partners - Running our bidirectional matching algorithm based on your criteria and the other party's criteria - Sending notifications about recommendations, messages, and updates - Reviewing payments and receipts - Verifying user identity and preventing fraud - Improving our services and user experience 3. Data Sharing 3.1 We never sell your personal data to any third party. 3.2 Your profile is visible to: - Authorized matchmaker staff (to recommend suitable partners) - Profile reviewers (for verification and approval) - Finance team (to review payment receipts only) - Administration (for platform management and report resolution) 3.3 Your contact methods are never shared with the other party unless: - A match has been successfully completed - Payment has been approved - You have explicitly consented to share each specific contact method 3.4 The other party only sees: your first name, age, state of origin, country of residence, and general attributes according to your privacy settings. 4. Data Protection - Sensitive data (phone number, contact methods, payment receipts) is encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption - All connections are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS - Passwords are hashed using the Argon2id algorithm - Rotating refresh tokens with reuse detection - CSRF protection via origin header validation - Firewall allowing only ports 22, 80, and 443 5. Your Rights You have the right to: - Access and modify your personal data at any time - Temporarily freeze your account (hides your profile and pauses recommendations) - Request account deletion (reviewed by administration, subject to legal retention periods) - Control when your photos are visible (after acceptance, after payment, or never) - Choose which contact methods to share and with whom - Block specific users from future recommendations 6. Data Retention We retain your data as long as your account is active. Upon deletion request, data is removed after the legal retention period. Financial transaction data is retained in accordance with applicable laws. 7.
